By using our Site, you consent to our data practices described in this Statement.
The information that we collect
The information that we collect on this website can be divided into two categories, personally identifiable information and non-personal data. Personally Identifiable Information
You can visit our Sites without providing us with any personally identifiable information. The Site makes use of a session ID cookie, on the Contact Us page and the Registration page.
This cookie contains no data - personal or otherwise - except for a unique random key value to correlate the browser form data to the backend processor for contact or registration. This cookie has a life time set to expire at the end of the browsing session eg: closing the browser or moving on to another site.
The Site makes use of 2 additional cookies on the Registration page. The first cookie is a browser support cookie - intended to test if cookies are enabled - as they are required for the registration process to complete. The second cookie is set upon submission of data for registration, and is used to limit the number of registration requests that can be posted by a given browser to prevent service abuse of The Site.
These cookies contain no data personal or otherwise. They are set to expire within a period of one (1) day (24 hours).

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
Delivery of Services and Contact Requests
We may use your personal information to deliver services to you such as delivery of an API access key, or automate responses for contact requests you initiate. As part of delivering services, we do not sell or share your information with 3rd parties as we are the sole provider of data services on this website. For paid subscription information, we may use your personal information to contact you directly for invoice delivery, renewal reminders, and quality assurance checks. For contact inquiries for support of services, inquiries for paid subscriptions, partnership requests, and other we may use your personal information to establish direct contact to answer such requests.
Compulsory Disclosure
We may also disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of any individual.
